Dick\u2019s daughter was married to Robert\u2019s son. Robert\u2019s wife suggested that they invite their daughter-in-law\u2019s parents out to dinner to get to know them better. &nbsp;Their daughter-in-law and her family were a bit of an enigma. She was a perpetual graduate student. She had two masters degrees and was working towards a PhD. All in variants of women\u2019s studies, while Robert\u2019s son supported her. Her father was an artist. Robert had not invited them, only Dick and his wife. It was intended to be just a meeting with the parents to get to know each other better. Dick had asked the children to come along to dinner. \u201cAfter all, this is about them too.\u201d That both puzzled Robert and struck him as a bit presumptuous, even rude, but he brushed it off as well-meaning. He would later learn this was a recurring mindset with Dick. It was a large part of his worldview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">\u201cT<\/span>here was this great little wine bar in Shanghai,\u201d Dick continued. \u201cRight on the Huangpu River. I was enjoying a merlot when I struck up a conversation with a Belgian gem merchant. He was working along what he called his own \u2018Silk Road.\u2019 Fascinating gentleman. He had a profound appreciation for both the arts and revolutionary realpolitik. We drank until sunrise while discussing the vagaries of Western versus Eastern art and geopolitics.&#8221; A wide, toothy grin spread across his face as he waved the waitress over for another beer. This time a Belgian import. Perhaps the gem merchant story inspired him to switch to that variety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">\u201cW<\/span>ait a minute,\u201d chimed in Dick\u2019s wife. \u201cIsn\u2019t that the night I called your hotel room and you didn\u2019t answer? You told me you\u2019d silenced the phone and gone to bed early!\u201d&nbsp; A brief flicker of alarm crossed over Dick\u2019s features, but he quickly recovered and grind broadly again. \u201cWhy no, Dear. This was a different evening. In fact, I believe it was even a different trip.\u201d His wife\u2019s expression indicated she was still dubious about all of it. Later that evening, Robert\u2019s wife said she was sure Dick\u2019s wife had caught him in a big lie and that there was more to it than just that evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">\u201cC<\/span>hina has so much more going for it than the US. I was sad to have to leave. The government and business working together can achieve amazing things. A truly extraordinary nation. I find that travelling and experiencing other cultures really broadens one\u2019s view of the world and understanding of cultures. How about you? Have you travelled?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">\u201cY<\/span>es,\u201d replied Robert, \u201cI\u2019ve lived in both Europe and the Middle East.\u201d<br>\u201cFascinating. Business or pleasure?\u201d<br>\u201cBusiness, you could say. I was in the Army.\u201d<br>\u201cOh, a soldier? Were you drafted?\u201d<br>\u201cNo, the draft was a bit before my time. I volunteered.\u201d<br>\u201cWhy on earth would you volunteer to go kill people?\u201d<br>\u201cHaha, good one. Fortunately, we didn\u2019t have to kill very often. I served in exchange for my education.\u201d<br>\u201cOh, did they teach you some kind of trade?\u201d<br>\u201cYou could say that. Bachelors in engineering and masters in computer science.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">D<\/span>ick\u2019s mouth hung slightly open. He looked puzzled.<br>\u201cSo why would you be down in the trenches as a lowly soldier with education like that?\u2019<br>\u201cI did it to serve my nation. Soldiers aren\u2019t lowly. However, I was an officer. I commanded 150 men and oversaw $88 million of combat equipment.\u201d<br>\u201cI see.\u201d Dick looked even more puzzled, like he couldn\u2019t differentiate between a soldier and officer. To him, they were all abominations anyway. A long and awkward pause filled the air. Robert\u2019s wife filled the space with small talk, but the real conversation ceased from that point on. Dick had judged Robert and found him to be lacking. Specifically, his ideology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">D<\/span>ick is a virtuous man. Just ask him and he will tell you. In fact, he will tell you even if you don\u2019t ask. He will tell you ad nauseum. The place where Dick is most virtuous is in his own mind. He is well travelled, on his employer\u2019s dime. He champions popular causes, with other people\u2019s money. When he is invited to dinner, he brings along other people so he can look good without paying for it. He condemns his nation at every opportunity, while living a life of luxury within it. He styles himself as an artist but cannot make any money doing it. He engages capitalist America for money, while simultaneously condemning it. Why does he do all these seemingly contradictory things? That is very simple. His unearned moral superiority entitles him to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">D<\/span>ick never shared the details of his job, or even the job title. Robert initially thought he was being modest and not letting his profession define him.&nbsp; He was correct about the latter, but not the former. Dick is defined only by his Leftist ideology. He cannot not acknowledge the fact that something not fitting his ideology, his capitalist job, provides the means for him to live his life. He is a liberal activist who hasn\u2019t grown up since he was nineteen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">D<\/span>ick is the epitome of what, in the Army, soldiers called a <em>sneaky fucker<\/em>. He was the guy who didn\u2019t have your back. You couldn\u2019t trust him, because he had no concrete values except to benefit himself. Dick is like this, with the added trait of trying to look virtuous doing it. He beams a big smile at you while simultaneously looking down his nose at you and draining your wallet. He&#8217;s the guy who exploits free meals. He&#8217;s the guy who deceives his wife about what goes on during business trips. He&#8217;s the guy who masquerades as an artist, while someone else pays the bills. He&#8217;s the guy who curries favor with groups by bashing his own country, while availing himself of everything that country had to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">S<\/span>o, how did his daughter turn out? She did not disappoint. The apple fell right at the base of the Leftist tree. She became a rabid, liberal feminist who ticks all the ideological boxes to the point of being a caricature. Two master\u2019s degrees and an almost PhD in various unemployable, solipsistic women\u2019s studies. High student debt to show for it. Robert\u2019s son provides the income while she pens man-hating blogs, writes man-hating books that don&#8217;t sell, and hosts man-hating podcasts that nobody watches. Her academic \u201cresearch\u201d consists of misandrist opinion pieces with cherry picked statistics, or no facts at all. Various leftist publications and universities glorify it in the name of DEI and fighting toxic male oppression. The internet would lose it&#8217;s mind, condemn and cancel those men. However, she was glorified for doing this and encouraged by other women to do more of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">H<\/span>er world view is a checklist of conformity to every leftist talking point:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Critical race theory<\/li>\n<li>Intersectionality<\/li>\n<li>Reproductive rights (kill the babies)<\/li>\n<li>Animal rights (save the puppies)<\/li>\n<li>Orange Man bad!<\/li>\n<li>Support Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>Free education for everyone, forgive student debt<\/li>\n<li>Increase the minimum wage, by a massive amount<\/li>\n<li>Tax the rich<\/li>\n<li>White men are misogynistic oppressors<\/li>\n<li>Gender pay gap<\/li>\n<li>All men are toxic and violent<\/li>\n<li>Anti-Second Amendment<\/li>\n<li>Anti-marriage<\/li>\n<li>Anti-natal<\/li>\n<li>Trust the science (covid and climate change)<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t trust the science (men can be women)<\/li>\n<li>Open borders<\/li>\n<li>Stolen land myth<\/li>\n<li>Imperialism myth<\/li>\n<li>Colonization myth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you disagree with any of the above, you are misogynistic and racist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">E<\/span>very single thing in her life is viewed through the lens of the victimhood\/oppressor narrative. She states that she is a vegan because she stands in solidarity with the animal victims being killed for food by human male oppressors. She supports regimes that oppress women because they are run by men who aren\u2019t white (ergo oppressed people). She supports illegal immigrants who murder American women, also because the murderers aren\u2019t white (ergo also oppressed people). She supports trans women (i.e. biological men) playing women\u2019s sports, then complains that women athletes are oppressed by white men and not paid enough. She refused to take her husband&#8217;s last name, because he is a man. However she kept her father&#8217;s last name, also a man. Contradictions are her default operating system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">S<\/span>he is 40 years old and has never had a real job. Never earned a paycheck. Only some minor, sporadic income from government-supported women\u2019s groups pushing an ideological narrative. She has never created anything of value, while consistently bashing the value of everything men have created over the past 4,000 years. She has never provided employment for anyone, while continually demanding higher wages and free stuff for herself and others. She champions every Leftist entitlement program, while paying none of the taxes funding them. She has very little positive to say, unless it is about something she or another feminist has done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">B<\/span>ut wait, there\u2019s more. She took her father\u2019s entitled, spoiled, lazy Leftist world view and used feminism to weaponize it against men. She is a false accuser. She regularly falsely accuses men of \u201cstealing\u201d accomplishments from women. Men 4,000 years ago and men today. According to her, all of science and technology was invented by women, but men stole it and presented it as their own. She accuses men of oppressing and harassing women in the workplace, in academia, in government, and in the media. Even though women enjoy many freedoms in those areas, some that men don\u2019t have \u2026 like ending a man\u2019s career with just one accusation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">H<\/span>er <em>piece de resistance<\/em> was falsifying evidence to have a man falsely imprisoned. An older white man, of course. He deserved it because of his old whiteness. She pushed her husband to be her mouthpiece for the accusations, in conjunction with accusations by another feminist woman. The attempt to imprison the man ultimately failed, but he was held two years by the police before charges were dismissed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">M<\/span>ake no mistake. She is a violent person. The plethora of violent pictures on her social media are just one sign. She may not be punching men in the face and stabbing them (that we know), but she has no problem weaponizing uniformed thugs as her proxy to lay hands on an innocent man, put him in shackles, and throw him in a cage. All the while claiming to be a victim. All while gloating and celebrating it. This is her true persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">F<\/span>or both father and daughter, everything circles back to their Leftist intersectional ideology. His is more covert. Her&#8217;s overt, emboldened by academic feminism, DEI, and girl-boss culture. Moreover, she is extremely solipsistic. She holds 2 3\/4 degrees in &#8230; herself. She is the superior victim. White men are her inferior, evil oppressors. Except, of course, for her father. He&#8217;s cool. To her, critical thinking and the scientific are both misogynistic and racist. How convenient. She never has to make a logical counter argument. Just accusations. The culture and legal system ensure that these accusations will stick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ltr-one\">T<\/span>he bottom line is that the father created a dangerous weapon. He taught her to hate men, while simultaneously being a hypocrite. He infused a world view of false moral supremacy, lazy entitlement, zero accountability, and aggressive activism into a person to whom the state handed over incredible power to ruin the lives of men. Power she feels entitled to use the way a spoiled toddler feels entitled to smack another kid for their cookie. \u00a0Their entire identity involves perceived victimhood, perceived oppressors, and being against things. If you are defined as an oppressor, they feel morally obligated to destroy you, no matter what you have or have not done.
